National University College (NUC) recognizes and meets its obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and similar state laws. The Institution is committed to providing reasonable accommodation to students with special needs in the Institution’s academic programs in all forms and activities.
This policy complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which states that a recipient of federal financial assistance may not discriminate against a person with special needs, and also responds to the fulfillment of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), of people with special needs, and of the Civil Rights Act.
