Student Complaints

In the event that a student of the Online Division has any complaint, claim or situation that has affected him with respect to an academic process, service, security or any other situation included in the publication of the Institution’s Student Regulations, he must complete the information in the spaces provided in this Section. Once the complaint is received, the investigation will be handled according to what is established in the Institution’s Student Regulations.
